No matter what he says, he’s left wondering if they even understand what he means, and if they’ve somehow gone reverted from sharing a close rapport to being little more than strangers in familiar bodies. You may expect a song with that theme to have a fairly anxious sound, but instead, the gently bouncy synth-pop groove and Armour’s airy voice conveys a feeling of calmness and resignation, and maybe even a bit of optimism and relief, as if the singer is realizing this situation is really for the best. Low Motion Disco “The Low Murderer Is Out At Night” – This is for stumbling around in the wee hours, or for being half-awake in the passenger seat of a car, watching neon signs and street lights pass by in abstractions of colors and lines.
