No Mercy For Your Ears
Miss Kittin “Barefoot Tonight” – The title implies something soft, gentle, and demure, but the song itself is harsh, aggressive, and unapologetically confident. It’s essentially Miss Kittin psyching herself (and the audience) up for a show, and reestablishing her persona for listeners who may have drifted off in the years since the big Electroclash boom. In other words, it’s kinda sorta like her “Mama Said Knock You Out,” but with a swirling, wordless hook in place of a straightforward chorus. (Click here to buy it from Miss Kittin.)
Meanwhile, Over At Fair Game: Dead Meadow dropped by for a session and played songs from their new album.
