The music behind his voice seems a little flat, empty, etc, compared to I AM A BIRD NOW. I know that's the point, sure, a more pure appreciation of his voice, or an easier appreciation, but I think his voice is easily strong and dramatic enough to outlast any beat no matter how rhythmic that beat is or how heavy the wall of sound aka "Blind".
