"Battle rhymes for battle times", he´s coming out on ST white label series with some excellent "hip-hop mixes". He also did some work with Manitoba. He´s definately a producer to look out for. He´s got some nice 60´s Zombiés, David Axelrod vibes going on. Right now, Pshychic is my favorite BD album, followed distantly by New Rock. It should be interesting to see how Pshychic is received over the course of the year. The only review I've found was sort of clueless and claimed that the record sounded like Stereolab, which it most certainly does not. Reminds me a lot of the DFA's remix of Gavin & Delia; their new 12", which I think is out now. Did you catch the Koushik track on Sumo 18, as well as the Stones Throw sampler? Check out the Nobody record on Ubiquity for more of that kind of stuff. Nice one on that Buffalo Daughter track; that’s a keeper.
